Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 345pkr website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications operated under the domain https://345pkr.org.
• "345pkr", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 345pkr Platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "You", "Player", or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's 345pkr wallet at any given time, comprising real money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 345pkr prior to processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the binding agreement between you and 345pkr.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the 345pkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum age requirement with no exceptions. 345pkr does not permit any gaming activity by persons under 21, regardless of the age of majority applicable in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of 345pkr or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by 345pkr for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

345pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani national identity details (CNIC), residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

345pkr reserves the right to refuse any Account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for refusal.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any other person.
• Corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Accounts on the Platform.
• Players must complete the KYC process before any withdrawal request will be processed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345pkr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

345pkr will never contact you by email, telephone, live chat, or any other channel to ask for your full password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 345pkr requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You must notify 345pkr immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Until 345pkr receives such notification, all activity on your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 345pkr Account that you do not use for any other service.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available within the Account dashboard.
• Do not access your 345pkr Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 345pkr Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Supported payment methods are JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the deposit and may vary by payment method.
• 345pkr does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 345pkr accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds; bank transfer timelines may vary.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered 345pkr Account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• 345pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems necessary to verify.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Processing timelines: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day; bank transfers within two (2) to three (3) business days, subject to bank processing times.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 345pkr Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino, slots, rummy, and Astar Live are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of this agreement by reference.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. A bet that has not been confirmed is not a valid wager.
• In the event of a technical failure during the placement of a bet, 345pkr's server records shall be the definitive reference for determining whether a bet was successfully placed.
• 345pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with manifestly incorrect odds.
• For cricket betting markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the product rules, voiding and settlement procedures as set out in the cricket betting rules section shall apply.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game type as displayed on the Platform.
• Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any local laws that may apply to their participation in online gaming activities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 345pkr Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in the matter being referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; attempting to deceive the Platform or its staff.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live casino.
• Automated Betting Systems: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or make gaming decisions on the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity, including using another person's details.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting, hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk, or any systematic approach designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds for the purpose of money laundering or financing of any illegal activity. 345pkr maintains a comprehensive AML programme and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a technical error will be voided.

Bonuses & Promotions

345pkr offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer:

• All bonuses credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately within your Account. Real Money Funds are used first in gaming activity unless you have an active bonus that specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• 345pkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a bonus already credited, or modify bonus terms at any time if there is evidence of abuse or if a promotional error has occurred.
• Each promotion will specify its eligible games, eligible payment methods, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry timeframe. Bonus Funds not used within the specified expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Players are limited to one welcome bonus unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

345pkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players across Pakistan. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously as a condition of our international gaming licence.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total PKR amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time you have spent gaming in your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on gaming activity for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot place bets or wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

345pkr may, at its discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where the Platform identifies patterns of behaviour that may indicate problem gambling, including but not limited to unusually high deposit frequency, late-night session patterns, or rapid progression of stake sizes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 345pkr Platform — including but not limited to the Platform's design, layout, graphics, software, game content, text, logos, trademarks, and the 345pkr brand name itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of 345pkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 345pkr.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the 345pkr name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without explicit prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

345pkr does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical faults, or that any defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, and events outside the Platform's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, 345pkr's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total real money amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination & Account Closure

345pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The Player has breached or is suspected of breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's identity, age, or payment information cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.
• The Account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Platform to do so.
• The Player is found to be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 345pkr support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within the Platform's standard processing timeframe.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the 345pkr Platform, you must first contact the 345pkr support team and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes can be resolved at this stage.

Disputes relating to the outcome of bets or games must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under the Platform's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation process are available from the 345pkr support team on request.

In all cases, 345pkr's server logs and records shall constitute the primary evidence in any dispute concerning the outcome of a bet, the sequence of gaming events, or the status of an Account balance, unless a manifest error in those records can be demonstrated.

Amendments to These Terms

345pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 345pkr will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13. Amendments will not affect bets already confirmed prior to the effective date of the change.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 345pkr's international gaming licence is issued. Any disputes arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 345pkr from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the Platform's rights or interests.
